fraudulent caller claims to be from a law firm that does not exist!!!! do not give this "lawyer" a settlement like he asks!!!!

Calls about every 30 minutes and leaves no messages or info. Runs down battery on cell Phone

That I courts have a warrant out and I need to pay close to 900.00 debt or I would be arrest

I keep getting calls from them saying that If I do NOT pay a certin amount of money they will press charges on me and takem e to court for fraud funny thing is I actually agreed I told them I could pay a certin amount until I got this taken care with my bank mr said If I did not pay today charges will be presses and I could go to jail for 2 years? They have actually even facebooked me and knew everyone I had on there!

This number has called me many times during the past few days, I awnsered the first time and they hung up after a couple seconds. After that I'v not awnsered. I awnsered again today, and they hung up right away. Ugh! I'm sick of them/it calling me! What can I do?

left several threatening messages regarding alleged paperwork being sent to me that I never returned back to them (never received anything)--called back-NOT 'James Morgan & Associates' as messenger claimed. This is a SCAM! No one has told me what this is for.

This is CitiCard - Calling on SEARS account/cards - SEARS is going broke, now that K-Mart owns them - They are DESPERATE for money, and have to resort to this in order to stay afloat. As long as you make a minimum payment, they can't touch you. Put them on your DO NOT CALL list ..... So tired of this man calling me. He calls sometimes 20 times a day and is so rude. Threatening me, my family and many other things.

Also calling at different times of the day. I called back several times. Once a guy answered with "what" then hung up. I'm on the no call directory but this number still calls. Tired of these calls.

keeps calling my cell phone which is not listed several times and calling my place of business several times a day, will not tell me nature of call but that i have a pending lawsuite for the amount of 5000.00.
